1958: October 12: Assumes direction of the "Italian Melodies" Radio.

1959: Receives Lido Civic Club Award for Community Service.

1960-61: Organizes weekly Italian Cultural Radio Programs during the year long Italian Centennial Celebrations.

1961: Joins The Italian (Cultural) Society.

1962: Organizes benefit for Boys Town of Italy.

1963-64: President of OSIA Roma Lodge 71.

1964: Organized First National all American Italian Council for the purpose of celebrating Columbus Day (the local celebration which continues today).
: Chairman of Board of Trustees of Roma Lodge OSIA Welfare Fund.
: Inducted into Lido Civic Club of Washington, DC.
: Named to the Archbishop Committee for Villa Rosa Rest Home.

1965: Appointed to the National Columbus Day Committee (Lobby for the establishment of the Columbus National Holiday).
: Charter member and Secretary of Italian Executives of America.

1967: Member of Florentine Relief Fund.

1968: Initiated weekly Sunday evening Italian Television Program.
: Awarded Knighthood in the Order of the Star of Solidarity.
: Received National "Cianfarra Award" for best presentation of true image of the Italian American through Radio and TV
: Delegate to the First National Conference for a National Federation of Italian American Organizations.

1971: Named Director of Publicity of Lido Civic Club.
: Appointed to Board of Governors of Italian Society of Washington, D.C.

1973: Elected President of Italian Cultural Society of Washington.
: Initiated action to obtain Italian government subsidy for the establishment of the Italian Language Program in the metropolitan area.

1974: Member of Cornaro Scholarship Committee.
: Founding member of "Amerito" (An umbrella organization for all Italian American organizations in the metropolitan area).

1975: One of the 16 Washington Italian American leaders participating in the April 15th meeting from which the National Italian American Foundation came into being.

1976: Member of the Italian American Bicentennial Commission.

1981: "Man of the Year" by the of the Italian Community Association of Washington, D.C.
: Founder and President of Fiumedinisi Lodge Order of Sons of Italy 81-83.

1982-84: Member of the Board of Directors of the Italian Cultural Society.
: Public Relations Officer of Amerito.
: Received the Christopher Columbus Award "in recognition of the tenacity with which he maintained the presence of Italy through his program Italian Melodies".

1984: Vice-President of Amerito.
: Started Antenna Italia Extended Television coverage.

1985: Elected President of the Lido Civic Club.

1986: Member of Balitmore-Genoa Sister Cities Committee.

1987: Lifetime Achievement Award "for 30 years service to the community".

1990: Awarded Knighthood "Al merito della Repubblica" by the President of the Republic of Italy.

1992: Elected President of the Lido Civic Club of Washington, D.C., one of Four members elected two times
: Leads the efforts to erect the Statue of Columbus at the Casa Italiana Complex.
: Attends in Rome Stage for Italian Journalists working abroad.

1993: Elected for a three year term to the Board of the Directors of the Italian Cultural Society of Washington.

1994: Member of the Washington host committee of the World Cup USA 94.

1996: Member of the Parish Council of the Holy Rosary Church.
: Attends "World Conference for Information Policy" in Milan.

1997: Fondazione Federico II Award for promotion of Italian culture abroad.

2000: Delegate to the First Conference of Italiani nel Mondo.

2001: Created AMICO information website, "a key to the Washington italiana".

2002: President of Rotary Club of Friendship Heights.

2003: Awarded "Commendatore" Award in the Order Star of Solidarity by the President of the Republic of Italy

2004: Member elected of COMITES for the Washington metropolitan area.

: Charter member of NIAF Council of 1000.
: Washington representative of "Italy Italy" magazine.
